Bookings must be secured by valid credit/debit card (subject to surcharges above).
Payment on arrival.
Cancellation: If cancelled up to three days before arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If it is cancelled later on in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For group bookings (2 rooms or more), our cancellation policy is one weeks notice prior to the day of arrival.
No pets.
Please check out by 10.00am.
You may check in on the day of arrival at any time and collect your room keys, but access to the rooms is from approximately 1pm.
Children over 3 only please.
All confirmed bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. In the event of accommodation, which has been reserved, being cancelled without sufficient notice, or if the guest decides to leave prematurely (regardless of reasons), it is desired to draw attention to the fact that an Hotel or a Guest House has the right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show.
Important information.
Please note that we use the credit card to secure the room in case of cancellation or no show. Payment is by cash on arrival, we expect payment to be made in using British sterling.
Can I please ask what time approximately you are hoping to arrive at the guest house, this is very important because we do not have a full time reception and we work around the arrival times of our guests. Also we would be grateful if you could call us 10 to 15 minutes before your arrival at the guest house as this would help to make sure someone can be there to receive you. Please note that 10pm is the latest check in, later check in has to be agreed by prior arrangement.
On the Departure day, Check Out is 11am at the latest.
