CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
We use a valid credit or debit card number to secure a booking in case of no show or cancellation. Please note If the credit/debit card provided is declined we have the right to cancel the booking, it is the responsibility of the person making a booking to provide a valid credit card.
In the event of accommodation which has been reserved being cancelled, or if the guest decides to leave prematurely (regardless of reasons), it is desired to draw attention to the fact that an Hotel or a Guest House has the right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show.
Cancellation:The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Please note that SPECIAL OFFERS may have different policy rules to the general policy.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS:The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
For Non-Refundable bookings, please note that if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. We have a ‘no cancellation policy’ for event weekends and bank holiday weekends,if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. This is a binding contract.
